Who is this program for?
Stay strong, confident, and empowered through every stage of your pregnancy journey with small group pre and postnatal training. Whether you're preparing your body for the demands of pregnancy, staying active and safe during each trimester, or rebuilding strength postpartum, these sessions are designed with your health — and your baby’s — in mind.
Combining strength training, gentle Pilates, and functional movement, we focus on improving core stability, posture, and overall well-being. Training before, during, and after pregnancy not only supports a smoother pregnancy and recovery but also builds a strong foundation for long-term health.
With small group sessions of just 4 women per class, you’ll receive personalised attention while connecting with other like-minded mums and mums-to-be.
